Our local elementary school Separated them into colors, cut out wooden shapes and fastened them to the wood. They made flowers, animals, etc. -

Where I grew up in the Caribbean ee would flatten the soda and beer caps, nail them unto a piece of wooden board and make tambourines.I have been collecting caps here in the U S, but haven't been able to do such because it's a noisy project.I live in an apartment.
