Are you talking about the fibre glass ones or the styrofoam ones?
I understand that you are referring to a small lightweight board without a fin, not a larger longer surfboard, correct?

Attach it to the fence with a bungee two for decoration. I've done it with two of mine. Great in the summer and in the winter they make me smile and look forward to the warmer weather to come.
Make a 'tombstone' out of it for a Halloween porch or yard display.
You could make a summer "wreath" substitution. Decorate with flowers and hang on the door.
