ABSOLUTELY! In addition to the hangers, you can use flower foam and/or styrofoam to built the swag vertically and create a "base frame". This will give your additional hangers and decorations something to grip and makes mounting on the mailbox easier. Straighten your wire hangers to a workable condition and assemble them around the foam and mailbox. Then additional hangers can then be wrapped/decorated and attached to the initial "frame" to create a lengthened swag.
