DIY Pallet Board Screen Door
Here is a shed redo that starts with the DOORS. I picked it so you could see how they made theirs and maybe could use your wood off the pallets to do the same. I hope it helps Terri. When we cut up pallets, we use a saws all to cut through the nails and keep the wood whole, then pound out any excess nails and remove them. It gives a rustic look so we don't mind it. There are hard wood pallets and also pine (soft wood) pallets, so you need to know which you want to choose. The hard wood is more difficult in some ways, but it will last longer.
