How to repurpose the metal arms from an old garden bench?

Is there a way you could send a photo? That would help. But if it's like this one or similar, I see putting the two together and bending it a bit to make a heart shaped wall hanging you could paint or embellish??

I would just get pallet wood and make another bench .

I have one that I spray painted a bright blue and just have it placed as a accent in the garden.

Shepard's hook to hang pots on, attaching to tree for bird feeder or house to hang off, hanging above patio to sting lights from, create welcome sign for yard, wind chime .....

They are very heavy but with the right post it might be an option!
