You can make a fabric wreath
Yes, to fabric wreath. You can get a foam wreath of any size, cut squares of fabric anywhere from 2 to 5" sized squares and simply start pushing each square into the wreath using a skewer. The closer you place the squares the more full your wreath will look. Attach a hanger and you're set with a unique wreath.
If the pieces are remnants of projects you've made, a nice reminder would be to make a crazy quilt only instead of sewing it, glue the pieces to the cardboard of a picture frame. Then you can attach flat wooden pieces. spelling out a saying or attach photos.
