She makes the vases out of paper mache but you could totally use bottles!

You could glue glass beads to the outside to decorate the jugs. I can't wait to see what you do with them!
A friend, now deceased, cut a big opening out of the side and made a catch all for drips from the big coffee pot they used at church. I cannot remember the exact directions, but you can experiment if you have several on hand. The plastic bottle would hang over the edge to catch the drips. Maybe someone out there knows how to do this and this will jog thier memory.
you can make scoops out of them, a planter, cut off the neck off and put your wooden spoons ect in them. let your mind run wild and enjoy.
