Anyone have any ideas on what to do with Valentines heart shaped boxes now that the chocolate is gone? I hate to throw it away!

You could print off some pictures of family or etc.......even if colored they will copy to black and white photo's....decopage them on the box and it would make a nice gift for someone..........you will have to cut some or whatever you might want to do.......if it is for someone like a child ....use that persons picture as the focal point on the lid and work around it.......it will end up looking like a collage but so cute.............

If you also have the candy holder tray, fill each with seeds, cover carefully, and send someone more 'love'. I made a flower garden themed one, and the recipient just loved it!

Use it as a memory box -- store mementos and tickets from places you go with your sweetie!

Picture frames and memory boxes. Glue pictures and little special trinkets with the pictures. Also small ones can be used to make pin holders. Stuff bottom with batting and cover with material and hot glue the edges to the inside of the box.

I put the opened box in a drawer to organize earrings. For my granddaughters, I filled another box with vintage jewelry, from garage sales. Now they have their own jewelry for dress up
