If it's a pretty floral or looks feminine, make some 18" doll clothes and give away to girls with those dolls. They LOVE them. If you're a patient person, teach those girls how to sew. They can use their dolls as models. -

There are dozens of charities that would love to have your fabrics for their worthwhile projects like Quilts for Kids, BlanketLovez, Quilts Beyond Borders, etc. Go on-line and search "Searching for Charity" for the many lists of these non-profits that can use your donation. -

I would find a square or rectangle size that all your spare fabrics could be cut into (basically a "standard" dimension) that would all go together easily 2x2,4x4 etc... and start stitching them together into a blanket.... back it with a twin flannel sheet and donate it to a Veteran's charity or to a homeless shelter in your area... or any place you are especially fond of. The scraps get used, and the recipient will get a warm blanket -
