What can I do with those burlap basmati rice bags?

Is there any thing to do with empty basmati rice bags?

    make a rug from them,cut to size hem all round or attach binding to edges ,paint a design or applique , the world is your oyster there, Create a wall hanging and use a dowel for hanging it ...

    Make a Santa sack!! I'm trying to find burlap bag to do that so now I know what to get!! Add a drawstring and see velvet or something luxurious at the top. Stitch on red felt letters with string for their name or add snowmen or raindeer antlers:-)

    Easy to do....cut up bags and make table runner, you could glue lace on the sides. You could also cut them up and glue onto mason jars with a little embellisment and fill with treats for neighbors for the holidays.
