If you have a queen bed, turn them inside out, sew the edges making a duvet for

your bed. Easy to remove and add a water proof side, sewn in.

. For when you have guests? Or spills. .

    Also detures beddie bugs.

I do this cause I have limited help to remove sheets and they never slide off.

During one really hot summer without air conditioning, I made my very young daughter a couple of sundresses, shorts, etc. out of some sheets that weren't being used anymore and it wasn't an obnoxious print for a little one.

Tanya, you might like to think about tablecloths, or placemats and napkins. Soft sheets make great backing for a quilt, even a baby quilt. You could count a sheet in strips and braid them tightly, then coil the braids to make a lumpy rug (not a fan). You could cut a sheet into 1’ square pieces and dye them various colors. Then either make napkins or doll clothes with the cloth—or a patchwork quilt. If you need more curtains, dye a sheet and hang or rye the curtains into a different style. And cut the elastic off to use as bungee ties for other projects. Best wishes. ☺️

  • I've used sheets to make a duvet cover for my bed. If you have any smaller best in the house, you could use the fitted and flat sheet to make one and may have some left over fabric to make coordinating pillow shams.
