    I use mine in the laundry area for things that I find in washer and then the items can be found easier. Besides they add a little color to the area.

    I use caps like this to make an ant moat for a hummingbird feeder. poke a hole in the middle of the cap. run a wire through to attach the feeder hook to and to hang from the feeder hook. then apply vaseline to the top an d inside to catch the ants. No more ant clogged feeders.

    They make ideal pin cushions for finger or wrists, Drill 2 holes, attach elastic band, cut fabric 1/2 inch larger than the lid, stuff with cotton, stitch up to make it fit in the lid and hot glue it in.

    I have a friend who is visually impaired and he uses caps and lids with holes to string onto clothes hangers to help identify the color and style of the clothing.
