Hi Anna. We have some grocery stores that have a bin for you to put your plastic bags in for them to be recycled. Maybe check some of your local stores and see if they do as well.
Drop off at food closet or thirft stores. For small trash cans, ask day cares if they use them.

Thrift shops may use them. Someone who walks a dog (to clean up) ,may want them. Someone having a garage sale. Church sale.

My mother n law was at a assisted living those little women make mats for the homeless and some make other things .
Walmart and several grocery stores will take those for recycling. And many thrift shops will take clean/no hole bags,
Although we do take our own shopping bags to stores we still have quite a number of those plastic ones. I am making a floor mat out of some and will post as a project when I get done.
You can return them to places like Wal-Mart and target. You can also get a decorative bag, they hold a lot lol
