Can you dye them, bleach them or other suggestions???
No bleach.... It will break you strings. They make special paint for plastic or vinyl.

I agree with Naomie. Fabric paint. If you can remove them you can use spray fabric paint.

You could try to dye them but do them all at once or get fabric dye in a spray and spray them
