Window treatments for box like windows

I have big windows and there like a box, I really don’t know what to do. I need an idea what I can do for the top of these windows we have sun hours and hours a day. I was thinking of an inside curtain idea. Thank you any idea would be helpful

Hi Gloria. You could mount blinds on the inside of the window frame. Most home improvement stores sell ones that then can cut to size for you. -

Sounds exactly what I have. I do double rods with sheers underneath and curtains or drapes on the outside. This is my living room which faces west and in the summer it is extremely hot.![]()
