Monogrammed Fall Canvas Art

One of my favorite DIY projects to create are items I can hang on walls. When Hometalk invited bloggers like myself to share a fall-related project for their blog hop, the first thing that came to mind was doing some sort of canvas art.
I am loving these black canvas packs. They look like they were painted with chalk paint. It's a perfect canvas (no pun intended) to start with in my project.

Besides the black canvas, I used faux leaves and gold painted pine cones for my project.
I used white and gold permanent chalk markers to draw deer antlers on the canvas.
The only step that took longer than a minute to do was drawing the deer antlers and placing them so that they are symmetrical.
The antlers were drawn between the "M" initial. I used "M" since it's my surname's initial.
I'm really happy with the way this project turned out!
