KMS Woodworks on Mar 10, 2012So true handy....I've been doing some work on a neighbors place...yesterday I discovered that the space behind the fridge was not painted...nor the baseboards back there.....it took all of 30 seconds to roll the fridge out and "complete" the job. When the place looks good on a major level...minor and small issues may never be a worry.Helpful Reply

HandyANDY - Handyman & All Repairs, LLC on Aug 18, 2015Correct - we removed the caulk and sealed the flashing with Through the Roof, an elastromeric sealant we like to use. Trick is to paint the flashing first....it's been 3 years and the repair still looks great when I drove past it the other dayHelpful Reply
