William on Apr 15, 2016If they are sound, concrete floors can be painted or stained. If you don't like the look of concrete, you can lay down a laminate floating floor, vinyl tile, or ceramic tile right over the concrete as long it level. You can also glue down 3/4" underlayment and lay your flooring over that, if the concrete feels cold underfoot. Do a Google search and see all the options available.Helpful Reply
