Carol Terry on Jun 03, 2013Thanks so much to all of you for the information. I think you all are probably right on the flowering almond..although the flowers on mine are not quite as pink as the pictures I saw. Mine are more white with purple/pink on the outer edges. It is blooming now, the 1st of June, and from what I read..they bloom early spring and I am in north Georgia. This bush is at least 10-15 feet high...the sites I looked at say they do not get this big..but..I really think this is it.Helpful Reply

Sandra Parrill on Jun 04, 2013Looks more like a deutzia. I have one in my garden that is a good 10' tall, blooms in late May-early June. There are also dwarf ones that don't get so big. Mine is white but there are pink ones also.Helpful Reply
