Mary Insana on Jun 03, 2013You can make tab tops or something I found that works great is grommets. I have used them many times and they are very easy to use. I bought mine at Joann Fabric and they come in a lot of different colors. You can buy a pack at a time and use the 40% off coupon that either comes in the mail or in your Sunday paper.. I even have an App on my phone that has a 40% off coupon !Helpful Reply

Mary Insana on Jun 03, 2013No you don't have to buy a grommet maker. These are so cool. I bought a set of panels for my patio doors and added the grommets so I could pull them closed. The grommets are 2 plastic circles, one is larger than the other and there are "teeth" inside one of the rings. In the package there is a template so you can mark where you want to place the grommet. You lay the template where you want it and using fabric marker you mark the spot. then you place both pieces of the grommet ring on the fabric and they snap together. Trim any fabric sticking out. If you will want to launder the curtains you can use a waterproof glue when you snap them together.Helpful Reply
