Hi Shui (hope I pronounced that right)
I recently saw a great idea on Facebook for those tissue boxes: https://www.facebook.com/Hometalk/videos/1619511418066408/
If you do it, please share pics with us.
I use my empty tissue boxes for plastic bag holders...in bath/kichen/utility/etc. Also use them to put used light bulbs/batteries/etc. until I take them to recycle center...

I cut the tops diagonal to the corner, fold in the flap and staple or tape on the inside. I use them for all kinds of organizational storage in my shelves and bathroom drawers. I do use one for plastic sacks as suggested by another person.
scrap booking page designs. cut out design and use for cards to someone special.
I separate them from the cardboard carefully and use as a background for my greeting cards.
I'm using my empty tissue boxes to keep my sandwich and other loose plastic bags neatly in place. Enlarge the opening of the box with a pallet knife as large as you wish, then enforce the new opening with duct or washi [spelling?] tape. I use these boxes for plastic bags that I buy in bulk as well as for re-usable brown paper bags that I want to keep. The boxes fit nicely into kitchen drawers and can be used for all your loose gadgets like skewers, cool drink straws, etc.too.
I keep one in my car as a trash can. When it becomes full, and they hold a lot, I throw the container and trash away and replace with another empty one. I also keep tissues in the car so I mark "TRASH" on the top of the empty one with a permanent marker.
I use them for my budgies, they nest in them with dried grass, I change them every 3 weeks or so.
I write the year on the front and store all my receipts for that year. I put it in a handy place so its easy to slip in the receipts.
I keep my grand-kids art supplies in the box. Each have their own and when they come - they know where to find it in my craft room sitting on the shelf and not touch MY art supplies (LOL!) If the box gets too icky it is easy to change!! We even figured out a way to make a lid. I also keep a box handy for keeping thread pieces or small pieces of fabric or pieces of scrap paper.
If you know a teacher, save them and use fir valentines day cards fior elementary kids...just decorate, fill, then open the side to remove them!
Foodstore bags, rags
I keep one on my dryer to toss the lint in. When it's full, you can use it as a fire-starter.
Use them to store plastic bags. I use plastic gloves when working on projects they can be stored in them also.
If you have kids, they're great as organizing their small toys or for shoe storage. Great crafts for Halloween decorations.
I don't have a suggestion that has not been mentioned above but I just wanted to comment that this is a welcome and timely discussion. It has seemed that this winter, on any given day, someone in the family has been fighting a cold. We have been going through tissues, antibacterial soap and hand sanitizer like crazy!
Cut them up, use for card making, and bunting.
I use them to store Ziploc bags that I reuse after washing. I open the box from the side and roll up the bags and insert them.
Then I glue the side of the box closed. This keeps the bags more secure than placing them back in the original box.
Here's an idea. Little kids love boxes, and they love to make houses out of them, or kitchen sinks, refrigerators, forts, race tracks, all kinds of ideas.
So use these colorful tissue boxes as art on your bigger playtime boxes. They can be glued to the cardboard boxes. This will add color and more imagination to the already imaginative play cardboard boxes.
