Love this look also, nice work. Maybe recover your headboard in a white, cream or pale peach leather look fabric. Hope this helps
Stunning, love it so much, I am about to do up our master bedroom, and will post it as well, I also have two windows between the placement of our king bed, love yours and the colors so much. Ours will be green, white, and black basically, because of both myself and husband in the room, not too fem, not too masc.... lol
What about a pale shade of gray?
head board and bed room color should be designed in such a way that it is visually soothing .researched colors for bed rooms based on age, health and type of personality are selected rather than aesthetic contrast .detail it and we can suggest
I would use cream so that your bedding is the focus. It is also a neutral so that when you change your bedding you have a great base to start off of.

Have the same bedding. Love it.
Since you appear to have red striped drapes, I would pass on the cream, which isn't really in the pattern. It's more taupe, but that doesn't work with your stripe.
I'd drag one of the paisley pillows with me and get the most subtle gold. I'd pick a faux suede or wool-felt type fabric with no sheen to distract. If you're making this pillow-case construction, and feeling lazy, make a bit larger to allow for extra padding so you don't have to do the button-tucks.
Peach or cream.
Thank you. Love doing it the simplest way, and the rectangular board makes that easy. But I still vote for subtle.
Then find a mirror ( depending on what it's reflecting) or an assortment of ornate small and larger , different shaped, old goldish frames. Ornate being the key. Nothing in them. Just the beautiful color behind. They won't fight with anything, but enhance the paisley. Might even be able to use small Command stikons for arrangement. Or those wire Hercules Hooks that only leave a pin-size hole if you screw up.
I suggest this because it's waaaay easier than finding a print that will complement -and not distract from the great bedding "picture"
How about a basket weave with jute I've seen it done on ottomans and think this would like nice in your room.
Ha! A different idea for every taste! Looking at what you already have, and being one who likes bold as opposed to subtle, I would go with the shade of that reddish pillow on your bed. It would make a nice contrast with your wall. However, if you like it a little more subtle, you could go with that very pale turquoise pillow on the bed for your inspiration. Then they would blend nicely and be rather soothing to the eye as opposed to exciting. Also, I can't tell for sure by the picture, but it looks like the sheets are more of a true blue rather than a turquoise. When you get the chance to, you might want to change those to blend better with the blue/green hues.
I would purchase a metal headboard with a pattern so that the color of your walls show through it, something like this - https://www.wayfair.com/Crocker-Bedroom-Metal-Headboard-CHLH2296-CHLH2296.html.
I would not add one more color to your room. If you feel you have to cover it with something, choose a subtle color from your bedding so that it's not competing.
I think a pale gold or butter soft yellow would accent everything. I you want to, add a print of red, gold/yellow and green/gray to pull it all together.
By print, I mean some artwork above the headboard, to give another focal point. Just a suggestion.
You have a lot of bold coloring going on already, so I suggest recovering it cream. If that sounds boring, I'd go with the orange in the small throw pillow.
Red. It is so warm &luxurious.
Change curtains &bedding
Depends on weather you are ever going to go away from this color scheme if possible I agree ivory or cream, if you love these colors and will always have it in some forms in room then I would go with still go with ivory or a cold color such as white. That way you are able to use different colors as your mood changes.
I would go with the soft cream or yellow on the pillows.
