see if you find any ideas here. https://www.pinterest.com/explore/twin-bed-couch/
You can raise it up and put cubbies underneath the bed. And get some body pillows to lean against the wall for the "dayved" element. Here are some more good suggestions: http://www.hometalk.com/diy/build/furniture/q-easy-to-make-full-size-day-bed-with-storage-15142583

How to make a full size day bed with storage for a tiny house
thank you Janet
Pallet walls are real popular right now - but are not for everyone. They can be made into shelves, shoe holders . Maybe a pallet wall on one end and a Inexpensive book shelf on the other. Instead of putting the card board back on the bookshelf use pallet wood for a backer.
If pallets are too rustic you may be able to use two bookcases. Most are not as deep as kitchen cabinets.
I want deep just don't want wide and rustic is PERFECT for my place. I am using corrugated tin roofing for the walls and for my kitchen sink I found a perfect old tin washpan that I am going to get someone to weld a drain into the bottom. I am painting the wooden floors and using fresh leaves from my property as "stencils" with different colored paint for the floor on top of the original color and then followed up with some sort of clear coat to preserve and other than the windows that were in it already I am looking for "different" windows so the rustic is a perfect idea thank you
use pallets you can take apart and make any size. you can often find for free if you at crafty and can nail or screw them together.
Here are some "loft" ideas . I saw a few shows on t.v. where people had the living room or dining room set up underneath.
