Try using a non acetone nail polish remover as not to harm the countertop.

Yes rubbing non acetone nail polish remover will work. Use a Q tip. gently rub over it. It came out of my leather couch.

Possibly ice cubes to it for a few minutes then use a utility razor blade it may pop right. But non acetone nail polish remover puddle some on the nail polish and let it sit a few minutes then use the razor blade to scrape it up.

I tried WD-40 on my bathroom countertop and it didn't work. Any other ideas? It really bugs me!

This post made me wonder what it would look like if you just kept going; spill more over the entire counter top and top coat with polyurethane -could look amazing or, I could be coo-coo ;)

For my shower I use window washer, that you use for your car, just spray on than rinse w/your shoer head.Works great.

So I used the WD-40, let it sit for a while and then used a razor blade on it. It did leave marks but it still looks better than the finger nail polish. Thank you for your help.
