I love tissue paper flowers but they aren’t the only type of party decor you can make with tissue paper. Tissue paper flowers are one of those crafts that add big impact and are so cheap to make. All you need is Tissue paper and ribbon or floral wire to make your own hanging ombre DIY tissue paper flower !
The first step is to fold the tissue paper accordion style, if your paper is a rectangle fold on the shorter side. Fold the accordion in half and tie floral wire or thin ribbon firmly around the middle.
Next you use a scissors and round the edges. This gives the paper its floral like appearance, you can also cut the edges into a point for another look. Just play around with what you like, I personally like the rounded edges.
All that’s left to do it to place your accordian flat on the table and pull each sheet of tissue paper separately from each side.
