DIY Shelf From Faux Vintage Books
There are gobs of ideas on Pinterest for folded bookpages. I have tried the Xmas tree, hedgehog, Angel and also viewed others on YouTube. As long as it's the folded bookpages without the fancy cut-&-fold almost anyone can do. The pages also can be used for various flowers which you can also so find on YouTube. The kusudama is one of the more basic that is pretty.
I put old pages from a recipe book on a pink Formica kitchen bench and then varnised heavily. Looks fantastic
Stack the books to size, drill a hole thru the center, buy a lamp kit and buy a lampshade. Easygoing!
get instructions online and made hollow book hiding places. Make extras as gifts for friends.

There are no rules... whatever you think up, the sky's the limit as far as your imagination will take you! Here is a jump start...
