I have oak/plywood bookcases in my small living room. My bookcases are floor to ceiling and definitely look dated. What to do? The floor to ceiling, wall to wall windows are white, the floor is a dark stain, the fireplace whited painted brick, the walls a light tan. It looks extremely blah. Any suggestions? I'd post a picture but I don't know how
