What do I use to seal painted concrete?

I was given a largish concrete goose(?)statue. I painted it with leftover acrylic and latex paints. I want to seal it so I can put it outside in my garden. I live in SW Florida and rainy season will be here soon!
if you used outdoor paints, you might not have to coat them at all, but to be extra sure, there's a clear coat available from Decoartt. I found some in Hobby Lobby.
2-3 COATS of clear shellac or polyurethane from the hardware store. Get a cookie sheet & a cooling rack (one you won't mind getting messed up) & place it in a well ventilated area. The shellac that runs down into the cookie sheet can be utilized again before it hardens. Turn your goose on its side to reveal the bottom. Pour the shellac over the bottom covering it completely & let it dry. Do a 2nd coat, possibly a 3rd depending on how thick of a coating you desire. Once that's dried completely (overnight), turn your goose upright & repeat the process from the head down. If you put 2 coats on the bottom, use 2 coats on the rest of it. Let it dry overnight to harden. This will seal it & make it weatherproof. It's the cheapest way. I would not put it in all-day sun (too much heat) but it will do great in either morning sun only, evening sun only or in the shade. GOOD LUCK & GOD BLESS!! :)
I just found a gallon of glossy concrete sealant at Walmart in the clearance aisle , so I'm sure it is available at any place that sells paint.
You can use marine grade varnish, oil based polyurethane, or shellac. A minimum of three coats would work. Pam's response is too confusing.
You received enough advice already so there's little more I can add, except one thing ... if at all possible, look for a sealer that has UV protection or your painted blossoms will fade quite quickly in the Florida sunshine.
I just used a clear gloss spray like Rustoleum. It's much easier to apply. You may have to respray every couple yeas or so but I have a concrete cat I painted over 15 years ago and maybe only resprayed once.
