The paint always peels off. So what's the best way to upgrade? Tiles, new concrete? I want a fresh clean new look!

You can't see the floor at all. It's just him in video!

Just rent a buffer with a proper pad you can wiz all the paint right off. We acid stained and then poly coated. Cheap beautiful and all you'll ever have to do is

repoly every few years. We love ours.

This sounds just what I am looking for but did the poly coating make it slippery when it is cold (I live in Canada but I see you are in Georgia!)

You could tile or just blast all the paint off and seal it

Linda: I have the same problem and really want to paint to last. I think J9501b has a great idea which I am going to try out. Another great idea I saw recently on another website was painting your porch to look like carpet. Here is the link:

https://www.houselogic.com/remodel/painting-lighting/how-to-increase-curb-appeal/ My porch is the same pale blue and I think that the addition of the navy blue would look fabulous.

After sanding down the loose paint, you could use one of the new epoxy garage floor kits.

Thanks for all the great ideas.
