Where is the best and cheapest place to go Decor Shopping?

I was wondering where the best and cheapest place would be to get some décor for my room. Because my parents are not going to spend a ton of money on my room ,and most of the stuff I buy for my room is with my own money. So far the best place I know of is Burlington.

Tj Maxx , Target , Goodwill , St.Vincent de Paul , any flea market or dollar store will have small shelving units. You can find lamps and cute pillows at dollar stores too. Don't be afraid to explore places you wouldn't normally go. Be bold and have fun!
