Help! I need a cheap/free privacy fence!

I have to come up with a low/no cost privacy fence. I've seen some ideas here but most have a large cost. Ideas???

I am planning on using my old shutters, add hinges to them, paint them and stake them in the ground for a privacy fence for my back pergola and for the outside electric box. Can't wait to start this project!!

Great idea! I have old yucky shutters left after removing them for Hurricane Matthew.
How many feet of fence do you need? How high does it need to be? Check to see if you have freecycle.org in your area, if so post asking for free fencing.
