Without being able to look at the rosebush, my first instinct is to advise adding iron to the soil. Ironite is sold at Home Depot in the garden department. Be sure you aren't over watering or watering at night. If at all possible, put a soaker hose at the base to the bush and water from the bottom. You may also look for a soil testing kit at Home Depot as well.
How many yellow leaves on the rose bushes? Can you post a photo? As the bush grows throughout the season, some do turn yellow and die off naturally. If it is more than a few random leaves here and there, than it might be another problem. Is the rest of the plant healthy?
A lot of plants get yellow leaves if watered too much. Make sure the soil is pretty dry before watering. You can always snap a picture of your plant and go to your local nursery for advice or local Master Gardeners.
Bananas, Bananas, Bananas...You might think I'm bananas...BUT...dig a hole next to the roots of your rose bushes & place a couple Banana peels in it & cover it up. Resume your regular routine. After at time, you will have the most beautiful rose bushes & flowers you will be AMAZED! Roses absorb the nutrients from the banana leaves & it improves their overall condition AND keeps the insects OFF ot them...including APHIDS! Do It & enjoy your roses! I'm not Bananas.
