If you are having problems with rabbits eating young plants, I have had great results with habanero peppers. Put a handful of habanero in a blender with a cup or two of water. Puree the mixture. Strain the mixture and then spray on the plants you want to protect. Respray as necessary..
The presence of a dog or a cat might deter them.
Garlic powder mixed with water. Spray often around plants... they hate the smell and it's working......
and if that doesn't work, get a pellet gun and have rabbit stew for dinner
I find that moth balls scattered around helps , not only for rabbits ,but for snakes, spiders and almost any unwanted visitors to your garden and flower beds. I use them to keep my dogs from digging in my flower beds.
Well my dog hunts rabbits so they haven't been a problem in the garden. However I used something called a Covered raised bed in my garden and I love them for certain veggies. I have an example on my page here on Hometalk. here's the link..
