Nolo Bait is a biological bait that only grasshoppers will eat. You have to put it out early in the spring before the young overwintered grasshoppers come out of the soil. It makes them sick and they die in about 3 weeks. Live grass hoppers will eat the dead ones and will become infected also; they will die, becoming bait for more grasshoppers.
I also used Nolo Bait and it worked great. It is safe for pets and kids, as it is a natural remedy. I noticed a big difference in the amount of grasshoppers in our yard compared to the neighbors. It is very effective!
