Try your local nursery, they have al kinds of kits for this. If you can't find a kit locally, order online.

Yep, your ag office will do it for you. There may be a charge; we had ours done several years ago while I was in Master Gardener training, and I don't think I paid for it then, but it seems there was a point at which it would cost.
