Is Creeping Charlie in your lawn a good thing or a bad thing?
Is there a sure-fire way to get rid of Creeping Charley?
About the only thing I have found it to keep watch and remove the nest as soon as they start trying to build there. I also tried putting something in the place where they wanted to nest that wouldn't allow the nest to work. After the nesting season is over, the problem won't be as bad.
I have a nest on the grapevine wreath on my front door every year for the past 4 years. I love nature so I just let it be.
I forgot to say there are 4 little blue eggs in it.
Cover it with a cover or tarp.
You can add some sharp edges to the lid, so that it wont be habitable. Nothing that would hurt you when you want to use it, but enough to keep the birdies away
Thank you for all the ideas!!
Hello, hope this helps you.

We bought some covers for our grill and smoker. They fit snuggly and not only keep critters out but they also protect from the elements. Paid about $25 dollars each on amazon and they are both thick farbric with tabs that can be velcro tied down so they don't come off by themselves. And when they get dirty they clean up very well in the washer.
Make the bird go away.
Apparently an unwrapped bar of soap is a good way to deter them, they don't like the smell!
