An age old solution is to bury a pie pan so the top rim is at ground level, then fill the pan with stale beer or fresh. The snails will be attracted to the smell and drown in the pan. Any container, like tart-size pans can be used and placed all around your garden. Good luck!
The garden supply sells slug bait. It comes in pellet form. Just sprinkle it around and they will be gone.
