You can use tension rods to keep it in place- good luck!
IF you are handy with tools...measure the size of the sink's cabinet space for the shelf; cut to fit. Cut 2 lengths of 1 x 1" square OR 1x2" rectangular wood pieces to the DEPTH OF the shelf [front to back], drill 3 holes in each [1 at each end, 1 in the middle-IF the depth isn't that much or if you are not going to put a lot of weight on the shelf, 2 holes in each piece is fine]. Measure how far UP FROM THE BOTTOM you want the TOP OF THE SHELF & mark it on both the left & right side of the cabinet interior. Take your 1x1" OR 1x2" piece of wood & line it up inside the side of the cabinet BELOW the area marked for the top of the shelf; do the same on the opposite side. slide the new shelf into place! CONGRATULATIONS!!! YOU HAVE JUST MADE YOUR OWN SHELF!
