I don't have a lot of money to spend on it. How do I get it done while saving money?

What kind of shrubs? Can you do it yourself? Chances are, now is not the time to do it anyway. I would wait till fall. I would also get estimates from local garden services and work in sections so it does not have to be a large financial outlay at one time.
