Do you give the hydrangeas plantfood? I don't think it is the. Same as fertilizer.
Some hydranges only bloom on new stock. Pruning to much can keep them from blooming until the following year
https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/ornamental/shrubs/hydrangea/hydrangea-not-blooming.html I went here and got a lot of info after my hubby pruned my hydrangea back too far one year...it took it two years before it started blooming again. Maybe this will help.
Probably the top cause of hydrangeas not flowering is pruning at the wrong time. Also, late spring freezes can also result in no flowers on hydrangeas. Another reason gardeners wind up with no flowers on hydrangeas is usually due to sunlight — lack of it. Too much nitrogen fertilizer can also result in hydrangeas not flowering. If none of these conditions apply to you and you still have no flowers on your hydrangea, you may be trying to grow it in too cold of a zone.

Consider adding some Holly Tone to their soil, too.
Forgot to also mention, do they get enough light? Sometimes trees have grown to block light. Thinning branches of trees can help let more light in.
