It is Larkspur and will generally reseed itself quite well, it's a very pretty wild flower in my humble opinion.....

are we sure it is not Monk's Cap/hood? The leaves look a lot like it to me, and the blooms as well
It might be Campanula or bellflowe.
It does look like a Lakespur, thanks all, I love them we have weeded around them so they can grow. Last year we had a really pretty pink flower I forgot to take a picture of that had similar green stems but I was never able to find out what it was. Very large pink flowers on it, they were gorgeous.
