When was the last time you had the system serviced? Have you changed the filter? I change mine once a month. Here is a link for you. Hope it helps!

If you know your vents are not blocked, sometimes Energy Assitance in your area will do a free audit and they will find the answer for you.
It could be a fan problem or electronics problem. You should call a HVAC company so they can do an analysis.
Have you checked your filters? It could be that they are clogged and need to be replaced.
OMG. We had the same issue. Couldn't figure it out, either. Vents were clean and open. Finally looked in the attic and a duct had come loose. All the air was being pumped into the attic space. Check that before you call for expensive AC visits. All you need is some duct tape (for real!) to fix it.
The duct work may be loose and animal could have built a nest. That happened to my manufactured home
