If you have a nearby dollar tree store...they sell nice little solar lights that you don't have to use in the yard. Instead you can punch a hole in the piece that goes in the ground and then string them up. I did this and it works great and looks nice.

Cristina, Hello :) I ran across this the other day and thought how lovely (and unique) it would look haveing several of them hanging around the back porch (or at least on each side of the doorway off the porch into the kitchen).

Just happened upon these on Pinterest . . .
I bought an old chandelier from a thrift shop. I removed the wiring and painted it. I took the solar head of the cheap solar stakes you get at the dollar store and placed them where the light bulbs used to go.
