Use large plastic or wooden stakes and make a triangle.Use garden stretch tape to attach to the stakes so that there is no damage to the plants.
if you prune back the plant it will lighten the load, yield fewer but larger fruit...
I get the plastic coated narrow metal stakes and get them as tall as I can. Insert them into the soil and you can secure them to this. I use the Velcro tie material I found at Home depot, it has a soft inner lining and is real secure. If you have tomatoes on the long branches, secure it above the tomatoes to prevent the branch from bending over. I have never had damage from the Velcro and it is reusable from year to year, just collect the pieces, put them on top of each other and you will have many different lengths to choose from next year. I have used the same roll for three years now and only throw them away if it is too dirty to stick anymore. Heat and rain does not affect them.
Don't you just love those Michael Jordan hybrid tomato plants? You need some very tall stakes or train them sideways onto another trellis support.
When this happens to us, we insert three long bamboo poles (from Lowes) around the outside of the plant, place jute tied to each of the poles (mimicking the tomato cage) and then thread the tomato stems through the jute. You can buy bamboo from the gardening section of the big stores or garden stores.
Bamboo Canes and Washing line or rope.
Add another one on top, upside down and zip tie together.
Dowel rods or sticks, followed by tying the vines with light weight green flexible tape, both available at the hardware or big box store maybe?
Metal rods you can buy at most any store.
