yes there is. I just used it to spray a Millennium Falcon (Star Wars) chocolate mold. It's called Color Mist and it's made by Wilton. Go to a Hobby Lobby or a Michael's or Amazon. It comes in many colors. It costs $4-5. Good luck.
Yes , there are a few ! I think you'll find this article helpful

I wouldnt trust it. Spray it as you like, but always keep something in between the stand and the food like a clear plate, or aluminum foil maybe?
i believe Rustoleum makes a food grade paint. As long as you'll be using a card but underneath it, I think a regular latex paint would be fine.
I just bought the food grade non toxic shellac from Rust-Oleum. Paint whatever color you want and then put the clear sealing shellac over it so it's food safe. I bought it at Lowe's hardware,,it's also available at Home Depot or you can order it from Amazon. Walmart also carries it . It is usually $4 to $7 depending on where you buy it. I used it on a plate that was broken that I got for Christmas. Just paint with any color as long as you use the sealing shellac to cover it.
yes there is a food safe paint. it is thousands of years old and now hard to come by and quite dear now. its called milk paint. the Egyptians used it. have seen some on ebay and amazon. hope that helps
What about just spraying the stand part and leaving the part where the cake sits alone? Paint will come off when you cut the cake and it will look bad very quickly as well as not being safe to injest.
