I would not use wood. It will root and attract termites. You can use cinder blocks.
If it is going to sitting on the ground, I would not use wood. A concrete floor would be better.
If you HAVE to use wood, get pressure treated wood.
don't use wood !!! I did..and now the whole floor is rooted out...varmints are under it...and the shed is in great shape but has to be removed. Never again !!
If you absolutely need a wood platform you need to keep it off the ground at least a few inches. You can pour concrete forms or buy them already made and place them at the corners and middle, then build your wooden platform to set on this.
When we bought our last shed it came with aluminum runners that you then put the plywood on. We put regular plywood on ours in 2000 and still have the same wood in it. Perhaps you could check with Menards, Home Depot, etc. and see if they might have these. They are very easy to use if where you are putting the shed is already flat. We had to use a couple of small pieces of wood for a couple of spots underneath the runners where the ground was not really flat.
