Do you want to DIY or purchase? If purchase, find a pond and fountain shop, many nurseries have cement and resin statues that you can buy. Just Google to see what is available in your area.

Love the posted page from Molly. I think of butterflies and birds as "angels" so perhaps bird feeder and bird and butterfly attracting plants? My yard has hummingbird and seed feeders, plus lots of native plants. We can sit enjoy watching our little "angels" for hours (unfortunately I often do--it's addictive). All the best!
