How to Hide the Cable Box
What they are showing are not always put in with screws, if they are, you can use thin double faced tape. We used them in our house. They have all kinds of different widths, corners, T's, so you can configure all your cords in one if you want, or separately. I found a good selection of sizes and colors are fairly basic, but you can paint them to match your walls. I found mine at Home depot, but you can find them at a lot of stores, Home improvement stores probably have the best selections.

I tie all my wires with cable ties then I buy a plastic vine plant from dollar store and wrap it around the cables/wires!
In this photo it clearly shows cord covers. That is what I would suggest and then paint the same color as the wall so that it disappears.
Well the best way is to decorate the mantel with along box with candles or flowers and add a lantern on each side and here's a few photos to help hide those wires tracks.
Hi Mon, hope this helps you out. You can get nice self adhesive tubing for this.
