Don't know the name but it is a very invasive weed. Very hard to pull the roots. We have it everywhere in the field next to our house, now finding it in our yard. Awful!

Looks kinda like a one of my clematis. I would wait to see blooms before I took it out. Might be something you'd pay a pretty penny for!
If you'll look on the web site Bill Craig posted, You'll see a plant looking just like this one. Very interesting. maybe transplant to planter so you can control this and keep it to show. So many plants are being destroyed . You can still enjoy it, just don't let it take over your yard.
