Try Goo Gone or WD40.
You might try toothpaste with a whitener.
Goo Gone. Good Luck!
Mayonnaise works on white rings on wood finishes, maybe on this too?
Thanks for the tips. I should have mentioned that the yellow stains don't feel sticky or like a residue. They are smooth.
Try bakingsoda paste Bakingsoda and water to form a paste put on and leave a while, wipe of with wet cloth.Might help
So far no luck with toothpaste or mineral spirits. About to head to the store and pick up some of y'alls suggestions. Will keep y'all updated
Try a bleach pen normally used for laundry, or just apply bleach on a Qtip. Make sure the cotton tip is not saturated by squeezing it in a paper towel and lightly brush over the stain. If it works but you're left with a new problem, suggest visiting a countertop business and get them to make a top for your nightstand out of a remnant.
Have you contacted the manufacturer? If it is rust, look up rust removers for wood furniture but best to see manufacturer's recommendations.
It is caused from a chemical reaction of the rubber and the finish of the dresser. Much like a rubber floor mat or rug backing will do to a linoleum floor. Sadly, there really is usually no way to remove it, as it is a reaction, and not a surface stain. But, keep trying. :)
Maybe try some "Bar keepers friend" and a light scrub - its a cleanser removes rust and all kinds of stuff.
